The Global Leukodystrophy Initiative Clinical Trials Network (GLIA-CTN) offers a variety of options for individuals and families affected by leukodystrophies. With nationwide clinical centers of excellence and cutting-edge research programs, our team’s mission is to ensure that every family has the personalized resources needed to navigate the various diagnostic and therapeutic options available to support those affected by these rare conditions.
In addition to working with individual families to identify personalized clinical and research resources, we also seek to support the community as a whole by collaborating closely with clinical, research, advocacy, and industry stakeholders to design and implement network-wide natural history studies and clinical trials. The goal of these research efforts is to identify the outcomes of greatest value to the patient community and to follow through on our promises to deliver that data back to the community. We believe that scientific knowledge is a public good, and we do not commercialize our data.
We are pleased to offer a number of ways to participate.
